To be included in the Iowa Folklife Resource Directory or the database only, please provide the information below and the following support materials:

Traditional artists:
Include five (5) 35-mm slides of your work (labeled with your name and a number that corresponds to an attached list that provides a brief description of your work, dimensions, and material/s used).

Traditional performing artists:
Send a five-minute selection on video or audio tape with a representative sample of your work. Make sure the tape is labeled with the name of a contact person, you/your group's name, and a brief description on the J-card of what is on the tape (for example, list of tunes, instruments, etc.).
