Iowa Arts Council grant writing workshop Dec. 1 in Des Moines
(DES MOINES, Iowa)— The Iowa Arts Council will offer a grant writing workshop 1-4 p.m., Dec. 1, 2008, at the State Historical Building, 600 E. Locust Street in Des Moines.
IAC will present information about its grant programs for artists, educators and community leaders who want to learn about the application process, receive guidance about funding priorities and guidelines, and hear tips for writing grants.
IAC staff will also be available to offer assistance and guidance with arts-related project planning and grant programs. People interested in meeting with IAC staff should contact Sarah Ekstrand at sarah.ekstrand@iowa.gov or 515-281-4657.
