Iowa Arts Council to visit Fort Madison July 15-16
Grant writing workshop and “Office on the Road” scheduled
(DES MOINES, Iowa)—The Iowa Arts Council will visit Fort Madison next month to host a grant writing workshop and hold an “Office on the Road.”
The grant writing workshop will be 1-4 p.m. July 15, 2008 at the Fort Madison Comfort Inn and Suites, 6169 Reve Court, Hwy 61 & Hwy 2. IAC staff will present information about grant programs offered by the Iowa Arts Council. Artists, educators, organizations and community leaders can learn about the application process, receive guidance about funding priorities and guidelines, and hear tips for writing grants.
IAC’s “Office on the Road” will be 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. July 16, 2008 at the Fort Madison Comfort Inn and Suites, 6169 Reve Court, Hwy 61 & Hwy 2. IAC staff will be available to offer assistance and guidance with arts-related project planning and grant programs.
