Art grants workshop in Dubuque CANCELED
(DES MOINES, Iowa)—
An Iowa Arts Council grant writing workshop scheduled for today in Dubuque has been canceled due to weather-related conditions.
The workshop, to be hosted by the City of Dubuque and the City’s Arts and Cultural Affairs Advisory Commission, was scheduled for 1-4 p.m. today at the Bell Tower Theater, 2728 Asbury Road in Dubuque.
