Arts grant writing workshop October 24th in Spencer

(DES MOINES, Iowa)—The Iowa Arts Council will present grant writing information for artists, educators, organizations and community leaders October 24th at a workshop hosted by ArtsLIVE in Spencer.

The workshop will be 9 a.m.-Noon October 24th at the Spencer School Administrative Building, 23 East 7th Street in Spencer. Grant program managers will present information about grant programs offered by the Iowa Arts Council. Participants will learn about the application process, receive guidance about funding priorities and guidelines, and hear tips for writing grants.
