Arts grant writing workshop August 7 in Des Moines
(DES MOINES, Iowa)—The Iowa Arts Council will present grant writing information for artists, educators, organizations and community leaders at a workshop hosted by the East Village Arts Coalition.
The workshop will be 5-9 p.m. August 7th at the State Historical Building, Classroom A, 600 E. Locust Street in Des Moines’ Historic East Village. Grant program managers will present information about grant programs offered by the Iowa Arts Council. Participants will learn about the application process, receive guidance about funding priorities and guidelines, and hear tips for writing grants.
