Listed below are application forms for all Iowa Arts Council funding programs. Please refer to the specific grant program guidelines for project and applicant eligibility requirements and deadlines.

Major and Mini Grant Application Forms

Starting with the April 1, 2006 deadline all Major and Mini Grant applications must be submitted using the eGRANT system. None of the required information has changed, but you must use eGRANT to submit your application.

Please Note: Some portions of the Mini and Major Grant applications must still be physically sent or delivered to the Iowa Arts Council by 4:30 p.m. on the day of the deadline. Remember to plan for this!

Big Yellow School Bus

As of Feb. 5th, 2009 Funding for the Big Yellow School Bus grant program has been depleted for this fiscal year which ends June 30, 2009. Please check after July 1, 2009 for information regarding renewed funding to this program and to apply for the coming fiscal year.

You will need Adobe Reader version 7.0 or greater to view and complete the PDF application forms. Mac users: be sure you are using Adobe Reader to edit the form, rather than Adobe Preview. Most Macs use Adobe Preview by default to open pdfs. Using Preview will result in a form error.
